Love it or hate it, but you can’t ignore it. Crossfit has found its place in the world of fitness. Though it hasn’t picked up in Chennai so much, the takers are steadily increasing. Crossfit is forfitness nerds. It involves high-intensity exercises, push-ups, plyometric jumps, Olympic lifts using non-traditional weight-lifting materials like sandbags, kettlebell, etc. In this programme, participants are challenged to do a certain number of repetitions in a workout within a specific time frame. It also has WOD or workout of the day which has certain workout exercise for a day.

Dance-centric workout regime is a fun way to get fit.
