NORTEC floor panels are manufactured from calcium sulphate (gypsum), resulting in excellent structural and physical properties. Clients also appreciate the outstanding sound absorbing qualities and fire resistance of the floor system. NORTEC raised floor panels are especially easy to install/remove, thus significantly simplifying maintenance. It is perfectly suited for IT control centres and industrial/working rooms, due to the high load capacity of the floor system.

That is the reason why the gypsum fibre boards are almost emission-free. The Institut für Baubiologie in Rosenheim certifies NORTEC as being an environmentally safe building material.
