Basic Structure of Separator:
The wet magnetic separator in the separating equipment is mainly made up of 6 parts of the cylinder, the magnetic rollers, the brush roller, magnetic department, tub, transmission parts. The cylinder is welded by the corrosion resistant plate of 2 to 3mm. The hat is made of the cast aluminum, connected by the corrosion resistant bolts on the bottom plate of the magnet yoke.The engine with the reduction machine or the steeples speed regulation engine drives the cylinder, the magnetic cylinder roller and the brush roller in rotation. The magnetic system is an open magnetic system, installed in the cylinder. The magnets with stainless steel bolts are fixed on the bottom of the magnetic yoke, with the axis of the magnetic yoke stretching out of the cylinder and the connecting lever fixed on the end of the axis. The magnetic deflection can be adjusted by pulling the connecting lever. After adjusting, the deflection can be fixed by the levers.
