Original 2 Day Diet can help people lose weight.My experience with the scheduling has not been going very well, and I am going to believe it’s because of the Groupon. They are booked pretty far out for the sauna and when they have a time available, it is a time that does not work for me. Please keep in mind that you get gross and sweaty, so you have to pick a time where you can go back home, take a shower and get back to your regular working day.
The staff is super great and friendly–this is ALWAYS very important to me in any review. The actual office is clean and nicely decorated, so you feel like you are in a ‚homey‘ spa like environment.My first sauna experience was pleasant and the receptionist walked me to the sauna room and explained the process. I have never been in a sauna, nor do I like being out in the sun due to allergic reactions, so this experience was very relaxing and calming. My first treatment was on a Tuesday and the office was quiet, which I now realize made my experience very relaxing.
The second treatment was on a Friday and the office was much louder and busier. I actually took my headphones (thank goodness) cause I could hear some woman just talking and laughing over my headphones! I also noticed that the sauna was placed at 144 degrees and the first time zi xiu tang I was there it was at 140 degrees. I definitely felt the difference and it was never explained to me that I could adjust the temperature.
