Nuremberg May 24, 2017

Presentation proposals for the OSMC 2017 will be accepted until June 30, 2017, via the CfP-form at the event website (www.osmc.de). In particular, very technical submissions with great practical relevance, insights into new open source projects, case studies as well as talks regarding new challenges and perspectives in os monitoring, are highly welcome.

Groundbreaking discussions, technical know-how, experience reports as well as networking within the open source community have been shaping the Open Source Monitoring Conference (OSMC)  for many years. Developers, decision-makers, administrators and IT managers come together to get updated on the latest developments and to launch innovative projects. Participants learn how to use open source monitoring solutions to achieve the best possible performance.

The conference will begin on November 21, with three hands-on workshops. Here participants will acquire in-depth practical knowledge and implement their new know-how in various application examples. On November 22 and 23, everything will be about expert know-how in os monitoring. As in the last years, the lecture program will focus on four main topics.

With the Hackathon, on November 24, the event will be complemented. Participants are invited to contribute their own ideas for hacking-projects.

In the last 12 years, the Open Source Monitoring Conference has developed into the world’s leading conference on open source monitoring solutions. The event attracts over 250 visitors from all over the world and has been completely sold out in recent years.

All information on the conference can be found at www.osmc.de.
