Louisville, KY, February 03, 2014 – Evidence in Motion (EIM) is set to have a number of faculty members speak about Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) at the upcoming American Physical Therapy Association’s Combined Sections Meeting (CSM), which will take place February 3-6th, 2014 at The Venetian and Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dr. Michael Walker, PT, DSc, Dr. Timothy Flynn, PT, PhD, OCS, FAAOMPT, Dr. Derek Clewley, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, Shane Koppenhaver, PT, PhD, OCS, FAAOMPT, and Dr. Kevin Wait, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS will make presentations on TDN throughout the course of the day Thursday, February 5th and Friday, February 6th.

The research conducted by Drs. Walker, Flynn, Clewley, Koppenhaver, and Wait, among others, is the foundation of much of the course material used in EIM’s classes, which combine interactive media lessons and intensive on-site training to teach practitioners how to appropriately treat patients using TDN.

„Our company has always been considered a top-level provider for care; however, the addition of TDN has made us even more successful at getting patients better, faster. More importantly, it has made those patients raving fans of our clinic. These patients are now our best ambassadors about what we have to offer that’s distinctively different than any other clinic in the area,“ said Peg Grey, PT, DPT, MA, OCS, ATC, EIM course participant. „I can’t think of any technique that I have learned over my 30+ years of practice that has made such a profound change in each and every patient encounter.“
