Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan is having quite a year. After wowing the audience in Kapoor & Sons with his stellar performance, Khan has been basking in the rave reviews that he has been receiving. The bearded hunk enjoyed the limelight hosting a pre-award ceremony event in Madrid with Karan Johar at the recent IIFA awards and now rumour has it that Khan will be walking the ramp in Delhi, at the couture week’s opening show on Wednesday.
Khan, who will reprise his model avatar, will be joined on the runway by none other than the stunning Deepika Padukone. Indian fashion weeks often rely on Bollywood’s star power to elevate the event and add an extra dose of glamour. Other touted to walk the ramp include names like fashion queen Sonam Kapoor, who is a regular showstopper during the showcases.
Apart from extending his influence from the reel to real life, Khan is also rumoured to be the chosen one for Karan Johar’s next venture. Reports suggest he has been cast alongside to Katrina Kaif. It appears that the Bollywood scion has taken an immense liking to Khan who is already starring in his new film, Ae Dil Mushkil which features Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwariya Rai Bachan in key roles.
Since Kapoor & Sons, Khan has been linked to several prolific films including one with Zoya Akhtar as director and another with Salman Khan as producer. The Karan Johar solo venture is the third film story currently chasing the actor.
