The Flotation machine is mainly used for sorting copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals. It can also be used for roughing and selecting black metal and non-metallic. The impeller of the flotation machine is driven by the V-belt motor, and then generates centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. On one hand, it absorb sufficient air to mix with the slurry; on the other hand, by stirring the slurry, it will mix the slurry with medicaments and refine the foam to cohere the mineral with foam. The mineral will float to the pulp surface to form mineralized foam. Adjusting the gate height and controlling the liquid level will scrape off the useful foam.
After being sufficiently mixed, the slime and pharmaceutical will enter into the groove bottom of the first chamber of the flotation machine. After the rotation of impeller, the formed negative pressure in the wheel chamber will make the ore pulp that located in the groove enters into the mixing area from the upper suction port and the lower suction port, which also make the ore slurry from the groove bottom enters into the mixing area. This also makes the air enters into the mixing area along the air guide sleeve. The pulp, air and medicament are mixed here.
Under the centrifugal force of the impeller, the mixed slurry enters into the mineralized area. The air will form bubbles and been crushed. After the full contact with the coal particles, it will generate mineralized bubbles. Under the action of the stator and turbulence plate, they are evenly distributed in the cross section of the groove body and moved upward into the separation zone, and then enriched into the foam layer. It is discharged by scraping bubble organizations and formed fine coal foam.
Separation swivel is slowly rotating. When sorting chamber enters into the floating field, the selected material will distribute to six sorting point through the pulp distributer. The weakly magnetic mineral particles will be sucked on the teeth board and rotates with the separation ring. In the effect of gravity and slurry flow, the non-magnetic mineral particles will discharging into the tailings slot that under the sorting ring through the gap between the teeth plate. When sorting chamber turned to cleaning mine area, a small amount of cleaning water will be fed into it, the gangue body and mine tailings will enter into the tailing slot (the machine is not equipped with middling tank) in order to achieve the propose of improving the quality of concentrate. When the sorting chamber turns to the area that the magnetic field is weak (the concentrate rinsing district), there will be injected into the pressured water. The weakly magnetic mineral particles that suck in the tooth board will be rush into the concentrate tank. Subsequently, selecting chamber will rotates to another magnetic field with opposite polarity. The separation ring turns one time, each of selecting chamber repeat this process for six times.
The coal particles without being mineralized on the groove bottom will mixing with the materials that in the high suction through the loop holes for further mixing, mineralizing and separating. Part slurry that not absorbed by the impeller in the slot bottom will enters into the groove bottom of the second chamber that buried in the pulp. After the completion process of the first chamber, it will enter into the third chamber. So the flotation machine is circulatory again and again. The pulp is discharging into the tailings box through the last chamber.
