The power drives range of Nordac frequency inverters from Ger-many
are voltage-source direct current-link inverters with
fully-digitised microprocessor electronics which cover three-phase
motor powers from 0,25 kW to 132 kW.
The range consisgold mining compressors second hand in south africats of the Nordac compact inverter, which is a
230-volt (single-phase input/three-phase output) low-cost inverter
covering the 0,25-kW to 3-kW motor-power range, and the Nordac
SK700E inverter, which is a 380-volt high-performance unit for
1,5-kW to 132-kW motor powers. The SK300E is directly mounted on
the motor for sizes up to 4 kW.
“All ranges feature flux-current control, which ensur<a href="http://forsale.omachines to tempel sand on driversrecrushers.net/mills/capital-cost-of-2200-7500-ball-mill.php“>capital cost of 2200 7500 ball milles high
efficiency and dynamic response of the motor, even at a low speed
range,” says Dave Russell, divisional director of Bearing
Man’s geared and electric motors division, Power Drives.
“Set speed is maintained constant, even under varying load
conditions and, because of the slip limitation, there is no
instability of the motor. “Other common features include
comprehensive protection of the motor and inverter, an integrated
braking chopper for a braking torque of 150% and programmable pulse
frequency for noiseless operation.” The Nordac compact range
has keyboard control and features a programmable analogue output of
between 4 mA and 20 mA. They are delivered ready to be connected to
a single-phase supply and are easy to set up and operate. Options
include a detachable control panel with a clear text display in
five lan- guages and memory for 31 parameter sets. The standard RS
485 serial interface allows connecting up to 31 Nordac compact
frequency inverters into the network with a bus so that the amount
of wiring is reduced considerably.
In addition, the company has the Nordac SK700E range, which is
designed for simple use and high oper-ational dependency. Standard
features include analogue and digital inputs and outputs and a
clear text display in six languages for simple programming. Four
independent sets of parameters can be switched during operation.
The SK700E range has variants for high-level speed stability and
torque at zero output (servo version), fan and pump applications
(variable-torque version) and for variable positioning from encoder
feedback (position version). Other important features are a
password-protection facility, a self-protecting intelligent module
and a comprehensive onboard diagnostic history.
The Nordac Trio SK300E is an inverter directly mounted on the
motor, with complete control and parameterisation function- ality.
This robust drive package, with IP66 inverter protection, is
suitable for decentralised applications, as well as fully-automated
applications. In combination with the Nord range of geared motors,
there are few indus-tries that would not benefit from this
technology. The technology modules mean that the SK300E can be
expanded with bus interfaces for connection to widely-used
automation systems, or for local operation.
